It depends on the client, the industry, and of course, the current opportunities in that industry. Most of my clients find a great job in three to nine months. But some can happen quicker, and some do take longer. I don’t have a magic wand. Finding a great job is a lot of work. But I walk beside you and push you to find a career where you will enjoy getting up and going to work every day. It’s a team effort. The analogy I give is I’m willing to jump in this boat with you. You take an oar and I take an oar and we both row toward your career destination.
